The 787 arriving at 5am (also from PER) could operate the delayed QF10.On Saturday 21 September, the overnight delayed QF9D was airborne from PER at 2227 hours, so Sunday 22 gate arrival at LHR should be about 0754 hours, 1609 minutes late. The overnight delayed QF10 may be able to depart at a guess at around 0945 if all goes well.
I'm on this flight in Oct, and becoming more and more concerned.Shwoing the effect of B789 VH-ZNC being inoperable in Perth and QF9/10 badly delayed, QF73, the 2130 hours mid evening SYD-SFO on Sunday 22 September has been cancelled.
This will also mean Sunday's QF74 back from SFO to SYD gets the chop.
I've not gone back through this thread, but from memory this is the second or third time QF73/74 have been cancelled since VH-ZNC went 'tech'.
I'm on this flight in Oct, and becoming more and more concerned.
Thanks for the info and ongoing data points! The positive is the cancellations are far from being every day.
B789 VH-ZNC operated empty from PER to MEL last night. It isn't operating the 1155 hours QF93 to LAX or the 1300 hours QF21 to DFW so unsure if it's being further repaired in MEL or whether we'll shortly see it returning to passenger carrying duties.
