My impression was DSC was a bonus SC, so not rolled over. Original flight (+ground) SC would roll over.
Maybe Qantas needed a footnote explaining what they meant by bonus in this context

I'm pretty sure there was a footnote early on when these rollovers were initially announced, but not sure whether the wording changed in subsequent announcements.Maybe Qantas needed a footnote explaining what they meant by bonus in this context
Exactly.Is anything QF do clear?
Too many enhancements.
What has changed? Looks the same to me.

UnfortunatelyDefinitely nothing has been updated there.
mid-February when there’s still close to 6 months to go even for July expiries and even longer for later expiries is still probably too soon to announce any further status extension, if they are going to do so. They would prefer people do the full flying to retain than to give it to them for free.
Well the LTG *is* placing (some) value on 30+ years of loyalty.Aug expiry, plus locked away in WA so looks like bye bye QF platinum, hello BA SQ, AY EK... ( a status match before Aug would be perfect) and Im out... Already QF LTG, but unless QF place some value on my 30+ years of loyalty, cant see any reasons to stay and looking at current QF soft/hard product, frankly cant see QF doing anything remotely innovative going forward to warrant hanging around.
There will be another extension and to not panic.
Thanks for your valuable posts Richard.Well the LTG *is* placing (some) value on 30+ years of loyalty.
I know what you mean of course.. and I continue to say what I have been saying for months. There will be another extension and to not panic.
do agree about the product comments mind you not to mention the phone mess.
oh I fully understand where you're (and everyone else) is coming from. it is frustrating not knowingI'm a July anniversary and its getting tough, I have already booked my big trips for the year, I was hoping they'd announce an extension by end of Feb, as the only travel I have left to book is Christmas and things are selling out.
Rather than do 6 month blocks (and lets face it any one with a Dec anniversary will have been able to travel for a full year) I wish they would announce month by month.
Maybe they'll do a 3 month extension for Jul-Sep members.though this is another reason why I think theywill do a blanket six month extension to bring things back into line (as much as possible) to be fair. QF have been generous so far and it would go against the grain imo to act otherwise at this point.
ugh even more messy in my book and just piss off oct-dec folks.Maybe they'll do a 3 month extension for Jul-Sep members.
Hah! I'm a pessimistic Oct 31st Folk!ugh even more messy in my book and just piss off oct-dec folks.
In my imagination there is no complication...How lucky do I feel?
Yes fair point. I think the real issue is the lack of flair and innovation. QF has traded well on its safety and "home" branding, but really the soft product has been declining for years despite many "enhancements" and generally cant match ( and arguably doesnt try) other ME and asian premium players in terms of customer service and overall value - of course just my view based on my experience and Covid has changed everything.Well the LTG *is* placing (some) value on 30+ years of loyalty.
