Those of you who just started a new year and requalified/gifted the same level - did you get a physical card this year? Website says it was only paused until Dec 22 due to 'Rona.

I received my card today (New year starts 01 April) but I put money on my card back in 2020 when they paused it, so I haven't missed out on a card yet.

About 7-8 years ago I called and asked that I not have a card with Mastercard - never used it and didn't want the possible complication. Thought it would be easy, but wasn't. I eventually got a plain card after 3-4 calls from memory, but nothing since. Haven't really missed it, except there was one status match with another airline where I had to argue that a shot of my digital card be accepted.

So pretty surprised to get a physical card a few weeks ago (end Feb year) - without the Mastercard :) .

I did the same - no intent to use Qantas Money card, and requested and maintained this blank-back type of FF card until Aug 2020... and then when I requested one a couple of months ago and received it's back to the MC version, again. I do now have a QF Premier credit card, so maybe that's why

Hit and miss for me.

- 500 SC rollover ok.
- 100 SC PC+ not there yet (probably a matter of days or week).
- Green banner gone. This will only be annoying if there are some GreenTier only special offers, so will have to call and follow up at some points.
- 50 SC Loyalty bonus and 50 SC green tier I just applied didn't get added to the lifetime total. Pretty sure they should. Hopefully it will happens sometime in the next few days. Edit: They are added now, was too impatient.

My PC is a bit confused - counter reset to zero but message says “enjoy benefits until 31 March 2022”.

I guess the wheels are in motion.

My 500 WP rollover SCs appeared very promptly - I checked on 3 April and there they were. With the addition of a delayed acceptance of loyalty bonus, I now have 550SC towards retention of WP this year. And a DSC booking for Jan/Feb next year that will all but get me there. Maybe one other flight needed and with Points Club, my upcoming classic reward to see the fam in QLD will do it for me. Feeling grateful.

edit to add: 31 March membership year

Please remind me as I've lost track due to so many extensions! I'm QF Gold that rolls over on 30 April each year - is that valid for another year until 30 April 3024 or am I about to be bumped to silver due to not doing enough QF flying?

I'm not sure but probably not until 3024 - maybe 2024 ;)

Members with anniversary 30 June are the last to enjoy the extension plus rollover. It's coming soon, so we will soon get confirmation its the end of status support

I would anticipate those 145 SCs to rollover, as they were all earned in the current membership year. It’s anything which rolled over from the prior year that wouldn’t do so again.

Cheers,
Matt.
I like your theory @dairyfloss but I would like to think that is what I will get.

An update on Mr Flyfrequently
• his year ended 31 May
• earned 110 SC (25 were DSC)
• app now says 75 SC Status support

Cannot work it out!

Hmmm… I think up thread @Princess Fiona indicated no rollover for DSCs, so the maximum here would have been 85SCs rolled over. Any chance the missing 10 SCs were from the 2022/23 rollover, or another ineligible source?

Cheers,
Matt.

That’s correct. DSC do not rollover at all.
