ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER

HOW TO ENTER
2. The Promotion commences at 12.01 am Australian Eastern Standard Time
(“AEST”) on Monday 31/08/2009 & closes at 11.59 pm AEST on Sunday
27/09/2009 (“Promotion Period”).
3. To enter:
i make sure you meet the eligibility requirements;
ii purchase ANY 3 NESTLÉ products in a single transaction including Uncle

4. An Eligible Entrant will receive one entry into the draw, for each Promotional
Product purchased during the Promotion Period. Customers will receive multiple
entries during the Promotion Period when multiple Promotional Products are
purchased on separate receipts.
PRIZES
5. There is a total of four (4) prizes to be won. Each prize is one million (1,000,000)
Qantas Frequent Flyer points (Prize) issued by Qantas.
6. Prizes will be awarded weekly during the Promotion Period by an automated draw
of all valid entries.
7. Prize draws will take place at 11.30 am AEST on each Thursday on the following
dates:
i 10/09/2009;
ii 17/09/2009;
iii 24/09/2009; and
iv 01/10/2009 (final draw).
8. Prize draws will be conducted at Direct Headquarters Pty Ltd, Level 2, 7 Kelly
Street, Ultimo, NSW.
9. The cut off time for entry into each weekly draw is Sunday 11.59 pm AEST
06/09/09, 13/09/09 and 20/09/09 and 27/09/09. Entries that are unsuccessful in
the draw in which they were entered will not be rolled over to the following week's
draw. The cut off time for the final draw is 11.59 pm AEST on 27/09/2009.
10. The notional value of each prize is approximately A$20,000 based on a sample of
the awards that could be obtained by redeeming the Prize Points through the
Qantas Frequent Flyer Program (as more fully defined in the Terms and
Conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer Program, ‘Awards’) as at 16 April 2009.
The total prize value for this promotion is valued at up to A$80,000. The estimate
of value is provided for the purposes of licensing this promotion only – the value of
the Prize Points will vary depending on whether and how they are used.
11. The prize value will vary depending on the applicable Award flight(s) and/or other
Qantas Frequent Flyer Award(s) chosen by the winner when redeeming the Prize
Points. The number of Award flight seats available is limited and availability
depends on the flight, date, season and destination and some flights may not have
any Award seats available. The redemption or use of Qantas Frequent Flyer
Points is subject to the availability of Awards that may be obtained through the
redemption of Prize Points. Prize Points are subject to, and governed by, the
Terms and Conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program (available at
qantas.com/frequentflyer). Qantas Frequent Flyer points may take up to 3 weeks
to be credited to the winner’s accounts.
12. Prizes do not include surcharges, fees and taxes payable in cash for any Award,
travel insurance, passports, visas, meals, ground transport or any other costs of a
personal, ancillary or related nature not stated. The prize winner will be
responsible for all applicable surcharges, fees and taxes of Award travel or
accommodation booked using their Prize Points. Surcharges, fees and taxes vary
depending on departure points, routes, exchange rates and dates of travel and are
subject to change without notice. Award travel is subject to the fare rules and the
Conditions of Carriage of the relevant carrier. Compliance with immigration, health
or other government requirements is the responsibility of the prize winner (and any
travel companions.)
13. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the
winner is unable to use the prize as stated. A prize cannot be transferred to any
other person unless permitted under the Terms and Conditions of the Qantas
Frequent Flyer program (and only to that extent, if any).
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
14. All entries remain the property of the Promoter.
15. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms & Conditions.
Entry into the promotion or acceptance of a prize constitutes acceptance of these
Terms & Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is
invalid and the Promoter reserves its absolute right to disqualify any Cardholder

Good to see the full terms and conditions. Shame they don't clarify the question of whether buying the same 3 Nestle products with get an entry. Of course, I do think 3 of the same product will count, since they didn't exclude that possiblity, the seed of doubt has been planted in my mind by whoever asked that question on here.

I agree with this assessment. Because of the "ANY"It's ANY 3 products, except NAN1 & NAN2.
As I read it, three boxes of UT Museli bars would generate an entry.

I bought my 3 products today, a small kitkat, milky bar, and 11-pack of milky bars (I'm the milky bar kid). Anyway, how do I know I'm in the competition? I couldn't see a note on the receipt saying I was entered, and nothing appeared on screen.
