My Aquire activity statement problem has not yet been resolved, but I have finally been able to speak to someone above the call centre operators that I believe is on my case. The gentlemen also gave me his contact details - I appreciate this. (but I hope it is fixed shortly and I don't have to use them )

Along with everyone else I am not getting any points post - but that is a different issue.

Aquire are finally on my case and proactively keeping me up to date with their progress. Happily for me, they experienced the same problem as I have been having when they added one of their email addresses to the account and attempted to login and access the content.

So finally got all the points posted from Regus, about six months late!
In case anyone wonders how come I got them now, I simply refused to renew my contract and pay them any money until they close their debt to me. Amazing how fast Regus can act when they have no other choice

Thanks kevrosmith, now they agree that in my case there is a problem on their end, and that they have been proactively communicating with me, I feel comfortable it will eventually be sorted out.

Has anyone that registered for the 50% extra Aquire points offer got their 50% extra points. "Get 50% more Aquire Points with Qantas on the first 5 eligible flights booked and travelled for business before 31 May 2015." I understand that the offer T+C's mentions that points will take X weeks, just trying to ascertain whether anyone received them before that time?

Oh dear, just another thing to track... what a headache. And considering the troubles they have been having in the last few weeks with year-rollovers and activity-posting failures, I wouldn't be holding breath on these ones. Now I need to go and review my booking activity to see which ones might qualify.

An hour or so after the phone call asking me to try out my Aquire account to see if it was fixed and the confirmation that it was I got this - targeted, or did everyone get it?

The name is my fathers fault....

While the Aquire program can be far from user friendly, down right frustrating actually, for me (and a number of other AFFers I suspect) its benefits make it worth putting up with the pain.

After reading a little about NPS here on AFF, I think most of these QF surveys I have done in the past, have been a wast of time.
