Seems it closes at 7pm.The premium entry appears to be closed more often than not.
It must closer earlier than 7:00pm as i have been there just after 4:00pm a few times now and it's closed.Seems it closes at 7pm.
I lucked out last month by arriving at 1830 and will probs do the same when coming in at 1745 next Monday.

Life is too predictable. Was open at 6:30 pm this week.
Must be just your bad luck again JohnK
Oh JohnLife is too predictable.
Looks like closing times can be variable based on what @craven morehead posted above.
Noticed that coming in from PER, I would have thought 1300ish on a weekday it would have been open? The standard line was already snaking out into the checkin area.Thursday 28th it was closed at midday took 15-20 minutes to get through the rats maze with no premium lane offered.
V true. I will be 200 SC off becoming Plat for probably the only time ever and I wonder if its worth the cost and effort.Plat has certainly become the new bronze

I assume I have Buckleys of seeing it open on Sun afternoon, and will have to cut short a visit to the extended fam on the Sunny Coast in order to get through the serpentine cr@pshow in time for the 1800 back home?

There is a soft landing back to Gold. So if you have points to use up that can be very handy.V true. I will be 200 SC off becoming Plat for probably the only time ever and I wonder if its worth the cost and effort.
I didn't even think of sharing this when it happened to me over Christmas... Thanks @Captain Halliday !QF BNE Premium Checkin is no long available to pax with international connections.
I used the Premium Entry at BNE on a Sunday afternoon last November without issue.I assume I have Buckleys of seeing it open on Sun afternoon
Wait. What? Have they added a premium herding pen to the main floor again?PSA:
QF BNE Domestic Premium Checkin is no long available to pax with international connections.
You have to join the masses out in the terminal for a non-premium experience.
This was the case for us back in October last year. There was a premium desk at the main checkin area, but the line was longer than for the hoi polloi queue.PSA:
