Positive feedback - Red Spice Road in Melbourne. No problem with points on 2 occasions. Machine works. Food fantastic!

Macchiato restaurant in Sydney still awards points though it took just over two weeks this time.

Unfortunately their tiramisu isn't as good as it used to be

[h=3]Sakura Teppanyaki on claredon st south melbourne[/h]
Took the full 8 weeks for points to get into account.

make sure you get a receipt...and keep it for future complaints/inquiries

Church Street Enoteca, Richmond, Victoria - I left the credit card and the Qantas FF card and the Qantas FF points receipt was given back to me with the credit card slip for payment

No Amex surcharge either  891 points earned for 2 people! Damn Italian wine

A++++ for the restaurant as well

Hi all,

I just wanted to let you know that Era Bistro is still a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program and will be for the next few months. If anyone has any other negative experiences, please pass them on so we can follow up with the Restaurants.

Cheers,
Red Roo

Just an update...thought I should check when Era Bistro in Brisbane was leaving the programme so I emailed ahead:

Thankyou for your enquiry.
The Qantas frequent flyer program officially ceased with Era on the 11[SUP]th[/SUP] of November.
We hope that you will still join us for a great food and wine experience.
Kind regards,

Brad Hamilton

To Qantas' credit, they removed Era from their website list a few weeks ago.

Funnily enough the have just started a new eating experience called flight!

Yum cha at Marigold, Chinatown Sydney. Points posted within a week :)

They are very reliable.

The Baths in Middle Brighton swiped my FF card gave me the receipt, posted in 4 days

We had problems with Bird Cow Fish in Surry Hills NSW (still listed on QFF website as a partner)

On the night we dined there we were told the machine wasn't working and to come back again with the receipt.

We went back just recently, and none of the staff could figure it out. We were told to email them with the details and they'd sort it out. I'm not incredibly hopeful as they've already messed us around a couple of times already...

Just got points in from Eating in Italy in Adelaide city in David Jones. Decent lunch place. But not listed on the qantas website

Ive also previously got points from Top of the World Revolving restaurant in Glenelg, in about 2008 or so. In fact, they made me swipe my card, i wasnt going to bother. They are still listed as a partner.

Ate at both La Citta in Melbourne and Le Rendezvous in Canberra last week, and points landed today.

Golden Century, Sussex St, Sydney posted exactly 7 days later.

As always, points from Ninniku Jip in WA posted in less than a week. Always a great place to dine.

Also, went to the The Stage Door in Mandurah WA yesterday. They are still accepting QFF cards but there's no advertising in the restaurant.

Re: Qantas Restaurants NOT awarding points

Just got some points through from Milano Cucina Hutt St Adelaide. It's a cafe place but looks like a decent menu for dinner.

My sister inlaw's mum works there as a cook, just for full disclosure. But she does some wonderful authentic Italian meals at home.

Re: Qantas Restaurants NOT awarding points

What's going on with the "broken" machine excuse! Sounds too fishy for my liking.
