Successful J -> F on QF7 17/03/18 at T-60 Yippee! Looks like another 2 pax were upgraded at the same time based on EF.

Success - Y+ to J on QF127 SYD-HKG on Friday (20th). Advised at T-60 for 1xWP.

WP unsuccessful QF 7 Thu April 19----J to F requested. !st time since becoming WP --- have been unsuccessful in upgrading J to F on USA flights.
(According to staff in QF First lounge 12 were on the list for the upgrade for about 2 seats....but would not give breakdown of status so do not know how many other WP members ---)

QF 27 SYD-SCL 25 Apr
I was already in J (DONEx originally exCAI) with brother-in-law on LCIRSA29. I9 W0 up through yesterday with 12 unbooked or blocked seats. No email or SMS, but at about 24 hours before J3 W1 and was able to move b-i-l next to me on the upper deck.....

I'm not sure, this is my first rejection SMS, I've been lucky on the past four runs to the UK. I just don't like the teaser of "... if anything changes..." While I might hope for the magic beep when I go to board in Sydney, I know it's not going to happen. Anyone up in J for QF1, you have my seat :-(, so please send a drink back to 33G
