Qantas Wine latest offering

Same here. Got the 8,000 bonus but no sign of the 8,000 4th Doz bonus.....happy to wait the required time.

Not that it makes too much difference given they are the same value but you'll probably find the 8k you have received is the 4th dozen bonus. These are very prompt and as stated earlier the bonus points can take as long as 6 weeks but experience says it is generally sooner rather than later.

It would appear that a 15% off code was released to sydney members who attended the Wine and Cheese evening last Wednesday. Is anyone able to enlighten us as to the code? I'm angling for a discount to the melbourne Penfolds dinner coming up :)

Picked up the exmoor cab sav and the red claw Pinot noir as part of the 4k bonus deal - usually a Shiraz man - and stray to cab sav, surprisingly quite enjoying the Pinot - the cab sav on the other hand I doubt I would get again, unless a really good discount with a tonne of points :-) points always make things taste better!

I think I need to take some home and drink

To be truthful, the $69 1K point Cellarmasters case on the right is staying - that's for clients. But I need to take some of the good stuff home and bring in some of the other $69 cases that really aren't palatable for drinking...

I'm seem to recall you posted a similar photo a while ago Lindsay! Becoming a regular occurrence!

I've been slack in taking them home and now I need to, the 60 bottle wine rack is almost empty.

I still have heaps of wine at my place... Maybe I should host a "Clear the Celler" BBQ...

Having a Margaret River Cab Sauv today for something different.

We need to organise an aff wine meet. Has one ever been attempted already ;)

Some blind tastings with like minded aff members would be a blast

I agree.

I don't think there has ever been a wine-specific do on AFF, but certainly short wine tours as part of other larger AFF events. And of course much wine has been drunk at AFF events over the years :p

At the AFF6 BBQ Qantas EpiQure provided some bottles for members to enjoy!

I don't think there were tastings so much as drinking.

I recall after OzFest ADL talking to a few members who were interested in a McLaren Vale mini-Do, but not sure anything ever came of it.
