Qatar Airways status match to Virgin Australia

I'm in the category of not received anything yet (Gold Status Match). They did ask me to resend my statements as they could not read them from the email I attached) on the 29th May.

Question, has anybody received their status match had to re-submit some details after submission?

It's possible that all the matches were the ones that went through cleanly and possibly another batch for the ones that had to resubmit details.

I was asked to resubmit statements as they couldn't read them and got matched to Platinum overnight, same for my wife (Gold).
 
When booking with QF for an international flight is there a way to use the QR status to gain lounge entry but retain the QF frequent flyer number on the boarding pass to collect the points? Now that I’ve reached VA platinum and it has the extended review date (assuming VA pull though) I’m tossing up whether to chase QF status (currently red) or stick with QR and maintain platinum. With no end in sight with corona I may be overthinking it all and we might not even be allowed to leave the country before mid next year!
 
Hi. My wife was matched today. But mine has not come through. I C sent both through on the same day, she did receive a follow up email with ticket number. Although I didn’t. Anyone else who didn’t get a ticket number email get matched? Both gold velocity.

I was matched gold, I did screen grab my statement then week later once velocity sent me proper statement I sent that in. Had no communication in between.
 
Hi - my status match application was acknowledged on 2 June but on checking my Qatar dashboard it stated the "Service Request" was "Resolved" although I'm still shown as Burgundy. I sent the a follow-up today and that has triggered an "New" flag being placed on my Service Request.
We'll see what happens, meanwhile I wonder whether they're being processed in alphabetical order - my surname starts with a W, so maybe I'm at the bottom of the pile !

I'm exactly the same - acknowledged on 2nd June, shows Resolved but message content said it's in progress. Haven't been asked for anything additional so I am just assuming it might come through in the next few days. Surname starts with Y, so could be also at the very bottom of the pile - not that I'm in any rush.
 
Mine said resolved (the day of first reply) while it was still in progress. Still came through

My wife's last (maiden) name starts with Y and has received last night the confirmation on the like-to-like matching to her Krisflyer status. She submitted her application on 19/5 and received no follow up request. We sent in our confirmed flight booking in Sep (screenshot on airline booking system showing our paid business class flights SYD to Eastern Europe with full name and booking ref) in lieu of "past" activity statement.

Mine got matched today and I didn't get a ticket number, I did do a follow up email after 10 business days though

Scratch that - literally just got an email confirming platinum status matched.

I just got the matched Gold (VA) email through. Hubby hasn't had the email for Platinum match but just logged on the app and he's also been matched (VA).
Like others, lets hope we get the opportunity to fly safely before 12 months are out.

I wonder if it's just coincidence or whether my follow-up had some immediate effect.
