Does putting a # in front of text on AFF (such as in Red Roo's post, above) create some hypertext or other phenomenon? That's what I was trying to replicate, obviously in dismal failure.

Yes, apologies to the OP for this tangent. The question you ask is another good one and one I was wondering myself. I was just experimenting/copying, getting into the spirit of the thread. Perhaps Shinkz and/or Red Roo can help us both?

I can assure you that more than just my backend pre-dates it!! What I still don't get is what adding a # to text on AFF does. I tried it above and it just confounded JT.

While I appreciate hashtags don't work on AFF, I was trying to personalise my response to Shinkz. #soznotsoz
