Until Rex fix their lounge situation and offer more frequencies they are still a no for me at this stage. I have nothing against them and would fly them more if they fixed those two issues

Additional flights from Melbourne and Adelaide into Perth | Western Australian Government
In a boost for domestic tourism and travel, Rex Airlines has announced new flights into Perth from Melbourne and Adelaide, which will support an additional 120,000 seats into Western Australia each year.www.wa.gov.au
Even if there was, don't hold high expectations. Their SYD lounge reminds me mostly of the 1990's lunch/staff rooms. One of those which make you realise that sometimes the terminal common areas may be nicer than where you are now...With all these extra PER flights is there a plan for a lounge?

Happy Hour today $199 for Lite fare in July and AugustAnd VA regularly have MEL-PER sales for under $299. Indeed, they currently have $269 for Lite fares and $305 for Choice fares.
A lease from 100% owned subsidiary.ADL is a bizarre choice especially under a lease. last.
Except… the Rex lounges are a true ‘haven’. Rarely more than 5 or 6 people in them. Only once have I been in the sydney lounge and had to look for a seat! (There was one, but tucked away.) Compared to any other lounge offering, isn’t that what people want? Peace and quiet, clean WCs, coffee, beers and wines, and a hot toasted sarnie? Cleaning is meticulous, and no tables stacked up with used crockery after people move on.Even if there was, don't hold high expectations. Leasing off their subsidiary, it's similar to QF or VA using QFLink or VARA aircraft respectively in those states.ADL is a bizarre choice especially under a lease. Competing against everyone and 3x a week? This won't last.
