It's Mrs Shintaro's Birthday that weekend so it's either going to be a yes or no from her...

Do we have an approximate schedule / timetable to make it easier for her to decide...

Estimate bus pick up around 9.30 as we are booked into Charles Melton for an 11.00am tasting followed by a 12.00 lunch.
Rockfords is booked for 1.30pm. Rockford is almost opposite CM.

Time permitting we can go for another tasting after Rockford as we have the bus for 8 hours.

What a birthday gift this would make :p

Are multiple pick ups possible? Or drop offs?
 
As far as the bus driver is concerned he will go anywhere for the 8hr duration but we do have a schedule to keep for our bookings. PM me if u wish 2 discuss further
 
Not sure who else is jetting in/out on the Sunday for the event but a pickup from the airport would be awesome (I'm scheduled for 0855 arrival on QF).

Will be speaking to the bus people on Monday, thinking that North Terrace might be the way to go.
Shall confirm when it's all booked.

We are more than happy to go on the stand-by list and let the Romney's have the last spot if they want it, and if their other plans don't eventuate... If they can't make it then put the the Shintaro10x's down as tentative platinum to take the last spot (Subject to Romney's attendance availability...)
