We get the Greek style because the kids will eat it. Nice not to deal with bones too.Are they marinated?

Get the round bamboo ones from an Asian storeOn a plain steamer
Yes. Dry, salt, fridge for 24 hrs, warm to RT, bit more salt, olive oil , rub in, insert MEATER. Open and consume wine.Do you still have to dry, salt and oil the skin?
Got one of these from Hardly Normal on special for $29. Works well.On a plain steamer does anyone have a favourite one ?
Good discount.
Not at work you can't! (Although, does that include WFH?)I guess you could also cook fish in this?

Cleans up in the dishwasher?
Oho. I'm about to get a new kitchen and will be sans cooking facilities for 3-4 weeks. I thought I could get by with a bbq & microwave but just spotted these comments. Do you reckon it'd be worth buying one to fill the gap? I can't say I'm thrilled at the thought of a heap of microwaved meals

This one? Buy Duo™ Crisp + Air FryerI'd say so. They're a great mini oven. Can't speak for any other model, but the Instant pot is pretty flexible in what it can manage. And it's amazing at reheating food.
We call our Robovac FRED, and have conversations about what FRED is doing. We haven't got to sharing photos or videos though, that's a bit creepy.
Try one of these instead?I read somewhere that pricking the skin w hundreds of holes helps w crackle
Tried it once
Was great
But so time consuming!!
