The more important bit is that they haven't denied being who you speculated them to be; If they are that person wouldn't that mean they now have 2 AFF accounts. I thought that was verboten!

I arrived on the MEL fLounge yesterday at about 11:50, departed about 14:10. In that time had 3 glasses of champagne, 1 red wine and 1 beer so would say no RSA. The longer was very empty. Was even offered a spa treatment which I declined. The spa lady looked disappointed as there was nothing for her to do.

4 served drinks over 2 hours and 20 mins, assuming you got the beer yourself? Else it was 5? Just wondering ...

The 4 drinks were served over approximately 1.5 hours, the 5th (a beer) was self serve. By the time we were seated, looked at the menu it was around noon when the first drink arrived. Don't forget it takes time to consume the drink so you can't actually count the time from arrival into the lounge until departure.

It doesn't seem like the RSA situation that others have reported. At 1.5 hours even the 4th is OK (it seems). And self serve is another matter.

If this is the person I believe being referred to then they only have the one account. The original was deleted some time ago upon the members request; any posts made under that membership these days show as "guest".

It's starting to sound like it was one particular staff member who misunderstood the RSA rules and affected a few people. Perhaps a new recruit?

Hopefully this thread has ensured the misunderstanding has been corrected and we're sweet from now on.
