I just did my first $100+ spend at Coles so will see how long my 1SC comes in
Just to clarify, Status Credits will be applied at the end of the month, based on your combined eligible spend across Coles Supermarkets, Coles online, Liquorland and First Choice Liquor; the individual transactions need not be $100+, but the Status Credits won't be credited progressively. The Status Credits for the month will appear on your Velocity account by the 15th of the following month. Hope this helps.

First SCs have landed. As I suspected each separate Flybuys household account does family pool so I ended up with 19 for October (10 from me, 8 from Mrs andye and 1 from (17yo) Mstr andye1)

Looking forward to the Double Credits next 2 months

Nice work!

Status credits have posted overnight.......you might want to check them.....I had spent $530.39 over the month of October......ended up with 3 SC's.....so did the whole month of October count or just from announcement date?

I had a few more than I expected-though I may have lost track of how many giftcards I bought which aren't supposed to count

Just received my 1 SC. Right on time

From the date you linked.

Tried to check and it seems the Flybuys site is now offline

- just like the gc check/activate etc has been for a couple of weeks....

Officially nobody knows nothing.

They did confirm the gc site is 'down for maintenance from about three and a half weeks ago'.

And you can only check the balance not transactions - or so the apparently Phillipines cc lady told me before I was mysteriousy cut off (28 minutes after quest began)

Confirming oz_mark's advice that Status Credits have been calculated based on spending from the date you linked your memberships.

Thanks this makes the numbers correct. Will try and increase my spend for the two double SC months.

Are you referring to pooling as in the Flybuys HHA or family pooling as in status credits earned in one velocity account that automatically transfer to another velocity account?

The latter. Each person has their own FB account linked to their own VFF account

Cool, thanks. We have one FB account with multiple cardholders, and it only allows one linked Velocity member. Good to know that the Velocity side pooling works with the FB status credits as well.

Obviously only an issue if you have over $1k spend a month

A little tip for all the frequent international travelers ... you are unable to do points transfers if you are outside of Australia… And no error message appears either… found this out the hard way.

I guess the work around is using a IP hack :p

Last day today to transfer your FB points to VFF to get the 15% bonus.

Unfortunately, my current FB points balance is 1 point short of a round 2,000, so I have ended up with 1,999 FB points remaining after the transfer.

Edit - All points (including the bonus) appeared in my VFF account in less than 10 minutes.
