Nothing has posted from my Thursday flight yet. How long do I wait before I get in touch?

Okay now it's getting weird. The SCs from my second SYD-TSV flight from 12 Feb have arrived now following my SYD-TSV SCs from 22 Jan. HOWEVER my TSV-SYD SCs for 25 Jan and 14 Feb haven't arrived...

... the plot solidifies into a congealed mass of fat.

One way SC crediting?

Mine is similar. I am waiting for a flight which was booked pre-Jan as a Saver, but did fly ahead at the airport. Immediately after Sabre went live the booking showed the correct fare. I noticed a couple of days before flying the had fare updated to $0.00! When I did the fly ahead, which took foreeeeeeeeever as the poor lady in the lounge grappled with Sabre, all the while with Dolores (she wasn't really called Dolores, I just imagine her as Dolores!) from Sabre watching over her shoulder and smiling awkwardly at me...the boarding pass was issued with a flexi booking class. Sure enough we got flexi catering onboard. So if they ever post I'm curious to see what combination of saver / flexi status credits and correct / $0.00 points comes through!

25 Jan activity finally posted over night. As I hoped for.....Saver fare that flew ahead into a flexi in the lounge posted with flexi status credits!

Still waiting on flights taken Jan 25 and Jan 28. It has been about a week since I made a missing points claim online.
Flights taken on Feb 1 and Feb 3 posted automatically.
Flight on the 25th Jan credited today and my flight on the 28th Jan credited 2 days ago. I'm all up to date now!

Each day another one appears - just got 25 Jan TSV-SYD. That means tomorrow I should be up to date if last week's TSV-SYD appears.

Had some VA flights from Thursday post yesterday, still nothing on some SQ flights from Jan 23/24 which have had a retro claim posted on the website...

I flew on Friday the 15th using reward flights and 5 out of 6 flights are showing today, not bad at all.

My Platinum pack turned up today. My outbound flight on Friday has posted this morning (4 days - about as expected). Return (Sunday) still to post but not stressing.

Looks like they are going from a trickle

Although I'm still waiting on two SYD-BNE legs, they did double-credit a Canberra flight I did during the 'troubled times'... except they said it was to Perth (with a SYD-CBR flight number!) and gave me SYD-PER SCs. This meant the SC's are up to where they should be (and not one SC over), but I'm still about 900 points down. I'm going to leave it as is as it ain't worth the hassle of getting them to correct at the moment. I earned 900 points buying some aftershave over the weekend anyway.

Despite the annoyance at VA not being able to get things right for that troubled period, everything after that time seems smooth, efficient and fast, and is posting quickly and correctly. So I do think the system is better than it was.

And right on cue the last ones came through yesterday so I'm up to date.

Now to fix that 'orrible website!

Remember how we thought it wasn't that great before?

Okay, something weird is happening. I got this email this afternoon from VFF:

Thank you for your recent enquiry.

I am pleased to report that the Velocity Points earned on your flight from Brisbane to Williamstown and return (Reservation Number: xx_xx_) have been credited to your Account.

What recent enquiry - the only one was 2 weeks ago. Now I hate to disappoint, but you've already credited those flights 2 weeks ago (albeit a month after I took them) and it was only one way BNE/NTL - but don't let the truth get in the way of a good story . You going to give them to me again - hell, I'll accept the additional SC's and points as recompense for the level of frustration I experienced whilst I waited...and waited.

Now to see if they post..

Surprised to see my Delta flights PVD>ATL & ATL>MCI , post within 4 days. Still missing my LAX>SLC from 2 weeks ago , looks like i will need a retro claim for that .
