Finally I have the points on the statement (although the statement was dated 11 June but not available until 13th...) >4 months after first spend. Will call as soon as the points hit QFF to cancel.

Similar story to everyone else, finally got my bonus points this week (first and only spend end of January!) Several phone calls from end of April and into May asking where my bonus points were.

When I finally checked this week, I was ecstatic to see that I have received 120k BONUS Points. Checked both my CC statement and QF FF account to confirm.

Whether or not it is a mistake, it is good to see some customers have received some compensation (i.e. waiver of the annual fee, or additional points as in my case). :)

Cancelled yesterday, when asked why I was cancelling I let them know that the whole experience didn't meet my expectations (issues with getting the card, delayed points etc.) so they offered to drop my interest rate from ~19% to ~9%. I advised them that I didn't intend on paying any interest so it made no difference to me so they closed the card.

My points finally posted today as well, with my 4th statement. Will call and cancel the card tomorrow.

9% with points earning or 9% without points earning?

No points for me still. Will wait until tomorrow before bringin my wrath to bear.

I got my points the other day, and was almost disappointed to see them after seeing the wins some of you got by complaining about the constant balls ups.. Would have loved 120k!

Ditto. Exactly on the third month statement date the points were in my Qantas account, plus some spend points. Account now zero balance. I'm on the road, but a phone call to close on my return.

So...who is next for points?

So relieved finally got my 60k points yesterday. Accidentally cancelled this card after seeing 60k pop into QF and not checking who was from ...was from Westpac not St George ... Could have died especially after $279 annual fee.

I received my Amplify Signature card about 3 months ago, selected the option on their website to receive the 2 QP passes at least 2 months ago, but am still waiting to receive them. I've received my 60,000 QFF points, but not the passes. Everyone here has been talking about their bonus points, but nothing about the complimentary passes. What's your experience?

No problems getting passes.

Been 3 statement cycles now but no bonus points.

What was the usual for most people. I've read a few saying 3.

Sent a letter cancelling my card last week. Received a call today. They weren't pleased. Asked why I was cancelling and rather than risk being put on some type of blacklist as someone who churns through cards I told them I wasn't happy with the fees I was slugged with. This was actually true. I bought a lottery ticket and got charged a cash advance fee, even though my account was actually in credit at the time.
