Re: Sucessful ASA Bookings booked at classic rates Reference Guide

Just want to say thanks so much for doing the work to collate the results - very impressive. With only (!) 3 upcoming int'l trips till membership year is out in July, looks like Ill be doing another SC run to maintain platinum with the DSC offer. I can't be seen in that tacky J lounge :D

hopefully this is correct: the classic co-pay was not mentioned so I assume it is included in the $513.15 I paid.

Re: Sucessful ASA Bookings booked at classic rates Reference Guide

Cathy and Jacky knew their stuff. and were as excited, if not more so, that there were 2 first class to london and 2 business return to sydney available around christmas time! Mandy, not so helpful.

Feb 14 | Jul 14 | J | MEL-SYD-MEL | 32,000 | $209.30 + $7cc fee | $70.30 | ? | 80

First time booking purely a domestic MASA. First operator tried to convince me it wasn't possible. So HUACA. 2nd one was very knowledgable (i am afraid I have forgotten her name) and helped me to book 2 of these as quickly as her system allowed, all up about 25 minutes.

Feb 14 | Mar 14 | J | CBR-MEL-ADL | 24,000 | $97.21 + $7 | ? | ? | 80

Not overly adventurous first booking but had credit expiring soon which used for the return (well outbound as above the return) and will help retain WP for another year. The MASA was booked in just over 5 mins by Vicky who knew the process. She was extremely helpful, especially when it came to using the credit which was slightly more complex due to original ticketing.

Sue was very helpful, booked in under 10 minutes... She agreed that it was much easier for everyone when these could be booked online!
