3C/3D, traveling with the +1 :)
Ah hah - you'll be safe from the punches to the upper arm as a result of +1 not seeing the funny side of your visual appraisal of the Singapore Girls - no eye candy up in Suites / F damn it - but still the experience is easily tolerated.

What? No eye candy in Suites? Nobody told me before I booked. This is an OUTRAGE!

ANA I believe is one where they get you to return the PJ's. Very strange practice.

Why is that?

I think he means Left Hand Drinks and Right Hand Drinks... e.g which side the drinks coaster / stand is.

Does the availability of 2 x Suite Saves change dramatically on a route from day to day ?

EG looking at MEL-SIN-NRT yesterday there was heaps, nearly every day in Feb, yet today no-where near as much with lots of Waitlist

I doubt there was a huge influx of bookings in under 20 hours......

Anyone else seen this happen ?

This thread reminds me I need to book another 6 trips for the family. Suites are the best value on points that I have seen.

I was in Emirates Suites this morning. 14 first class suites and I was the only one in the whole section of the A380.
It could get lonely for me so please try harder to catch up in our points game.
I used QF points for this one.

Clarification - LHD = Left Handed Drinker - you should book A or D Suites - RHD = Right Handed Drinker - you should book C or F Suites - simple really!

Don't forget for any SQ redemption book 2 x OW Saver Awards - same pts and $ cost in total as Ret Saver - can be much easier to secure / manipulate / change etc.

And another small bonus is you can get 2 x Changi Airport $40 promos for 2 legs - booking round trip will only get you 1 x $40 promo - currently have 12 x $20 vouchers in my ticket wallet - Cruiserette was aghast that we didn't 'convert' them all when coming home thru SIN in July - I think that's a gender 'propensity' - just sayin'.

Thanks for the tip, Cruiser! Will definitely collect one of these vouchers on my way through Changi next month :D

Just a heads up that there are a few retailers that don't accept the vouchers, which are listed on the SQ website (sorry I can't post the link with my newbie status). Still a brilliant promo tho!

Very good advice, but you can't do a stopover with a OW Saver Award :(

You can - you need to pay extra USD100 - call KF and should be easy to arrange.

Oh wow - Thanks for that, I am very new to booking redemption flights on SQ

I was basing my assumption on the website just saying NO when trying for a stop-over on a one-way

So call them to do the WHOLE booking for the OW and the only cost is $100 ?
