2 weeks for me cove but I only get 6hrs - as for the RWT being an 08:45 dep ex SIN I find the Krug much more palatable at that time of day! Mind you the VLGD with the scrambled eggs in TPR lays foundation for a long sustained attack on the top shelf!

i haven't had an amex for years, but i didn't know MR offered krisflyer as a transfer partner?

more generally, do many of the banks offer a sweep to KF besides Westpac and Citi? (with whom i hold cards with for this reason)

Amex MR definitely do: Membership Rewards

CBA and NAB - No.

ANZ - Yes, but at not so great rates - 3 ANZ pts = 1 SQ point

You also can with St George Amplify (part of Westpac) at 2:1, so possibly/probably also Bank SA and Bank of Melbourne that are also part of Westpac and have Amplify cards.

Just had SQ212 F class clear for 2/1/15 (was confirmed in J) then Suites to CDG on SQ 336 at midnight

Happy about this, have only ever been in suites so interested to try the other F product even though not the new 777ER F.

But if I have to leave at 9.00am then so be it for early drinks of Krug and Dom.

Will take my time then onto the red wine list.

About 8 hours wait till the midnight CDG suites flight.

Plenty of time to recover in TPR, shower go to town for sunset and back to TPR to get ready for SIN/CDG

Then off for 2 weeks skiing.

Am wait listed same day for the later A380 suites and also the SQ 222 which is the new 777-ER F product out of SYD

Fingers crossed but first world problems ))

Better get a workout in before this journey!!

Were you able to wait list online? I'm on the SQ212 flight for my trip to NYC next year but would much prefer any of the later flights if possible.

All waitlists were done online. you need sufficient miles to make the wait list but the miles don't debit your account
