Hmmm....I have been rather lackadaisical in this regard.
I wrote that rule in the spirit of not wanting any stock photos, photos cut from a magazine or simply leeching off the photo somewhere that you or someone close didn't take it. (Alright, a couch surfer being close might be a stretch.) So close family I guess I'm not awfully fazed, although I guess in saying that I might get a number of submissions from Grandma living in London emailing over her find to son in Melbourne to upload to the thread, or something like that.
Moreover, this game was designed for the enjoyment of the members themselves! As you travel, you spot things. Scavenger Hunts are a lot like that (and they include a mixture of arcane, unusual and silly things amongst the more...."rational"). Now I have no idea whether I achieved the "enjoyment" objective...
