Nope. That old @VirginBlue account changed on the launch day. They have been using @VirginAustralia since May.

Well that's a relief - I'll still be able to access the Virgin Australia Lounge

If you want to go down that path - I don't think Priority Pass ever had access to "Virgin Australia" lounges

Have to disagree with you Liam coz I searched for Virgin Australia last night and when I clicked on it it bought up the old account and there was no Virgin Australia account that came up on my search results.
Sorry but that's the truth,I don't doubt what you are saying but what I am saying is that when I did the search last night it bought up the old account as the only option on my system.
But it doesn't matter as I have started following the new one.

I am with Liam on this. The username definitely changed on twitter the day of the relaunch.

Might be a twitter search problem or perhaps one is simply set up as alias to the other so the search results are skewy?

Sorry Nigel, but we did in fact change twitter handles on the day of brand launch. When it switched, we also reclaimed the "old name" just in case.
Might be a random search issue, as the guys suggest.

I trust that more importantly that press toaster will be cleaned (either by the members or by the staff) regularly?!

We have a sandwich press at work too, and we make it our responsible selves to clean it after use. Trust me, without care it can get very feral looking very quickly.

Next we will have a thread complaining about what messes the very unwashed and lack-of-classed leave on the sandwich presses....

The cleanliness of sandwich presses is one of the main reasons why I advise people against eating in a certain UK pub chain,when I managed
a London outlet a few years ago I discovered that the sandwich press had not been cleaned for 3 months,believe me it was not a pretty sight :shock::shock:.
However I'm sure that VA will look after theirs.

We have them too. I've seen them deployed in some very popular places where they'll get 10-20 sandwiches thru in about 10mins. They look horrifying after a typical lunch break. The main problem is people with too much cheese that overflows, and vegetables like tomato, which are naturally messy.

I'm sure Virgin will find a way to keep it clean. Just hope the lounge staff won't forget!

It was like new, spotless except for the silly sign that appeared on it moments before I took my illegal photo! For the next hour and a half I got the evil eye from the cleaner that told me off, which was kind of funny, I am sure she thought I was a QF mole!
