This is what my itinerary (sent yesterday afternoon) says:

Think I will call her as I'm on an 8 o'clock train as it is to comfortably be there for 12.30. I did ask beforehand if the time was 12 for 12.30 or 12.30 for 1 but she seemed fairly certain it was arrive at 12.30

Hi everyone,

Glad to see everyone is getting organised for tomorrow. Yes it is 12:00. Sorry for the changearound. So if if everyone can be there around then or shortly after that would be great.
Princess Fiona, if you get there at 12:30 no worries.

No other important details to share. Just make sure you bring your appetite!

Cheers,
Red Roo

I thought we are all wearing QF PJs so we can recognise each other... No?
What is this! This isn't the OneWorld Mega Do launch party.

(I see that Simon's opposite number at AA, Maya Leibman, got in on the pyjamas act at the MegaDo Launch, but I doubt Neil Perry and ors. let alone other diners would appreciate the funny side of F/J pj's in their restaurant).

Just off the phone, time has changed to 12 o'clock

Early to bed for me tonight
I'm sure if you arrive earlier they'll be a bunch of us holed up in the lobby of the Raddison. Don't hesitate to pop over.

I'm going to be running late as I'm stuck in a meeting so might not make it to the J lounge in MEL so will see you guys up there if I don't :)

What time do people start arriving this evening?

And the more important question - is there anything planned, assuming non-lunch people are welcome? :)

Cancel that. 22 minutes from south melb to my parking. Into the J lounge at 5:50. Gotta love it when traffic works.

Am behind the J lounge counter in the no mobile area if anyone is rocking up.

Congratulations to EmilyHoward and Leumas on getting a guernsey to the big soiree.

Now who is the 16th person (are they foxing) or is 15 the number of invitees?

I do love how the names have been added without there appearing to be any changes to the post (as I am showing as the last person to have changed the post on 7th Oct).

Have you SYD arrivees (tonight) arranged for a get to know you drink session tonight? I'll be on line all night - wife + kids away for the night

Huzzah, for once I'm first - albeit with a dishonourable mention for longest to travel :)
Hardly a dishonourable mention, merely a mention - but now I can add EmilyHoward to the list fom PER. I wonder if she's on your flight thewinchester or is she going this afternoon?

On the updates, i'm tweeting under the hashtag #qfflunch for the event. Also have managed to to setup a live webstream for all the tweets last night in case anyone's corporate firewalls block access to twitter.
For those not on Twitter - is there going to be a Facebook presence?

Just landed. Anything planned for tonight? I'm starving ...

I'm definitely up for F&B. Just got to Wynyard (was on my way home).

Edit: I might hang out in the city for a while anyway (I live a 10 minute bus ride across the bridge away). If there's any interest in an impromptu gathering, I will be in.

Okay, the BNE group have arrived and so must the MEL group.

Is the Radisson the meeting point until everyone who's staying the night has checked-in?

I'm on the ground.

I think Team Melbourne arrives in 20 mins. Off to find the transport.......

Just so you know, some of us are refreshing this thread whilst simultaneously seething with envy.

(Keep going, so we can live vicariously please)

Oh, and post pics as you go :)

We (myself, trippin_the_rift and ewing) are currently (not) enjoying dinner down at circular quay. Should be finished soon. Let us know what the plan is?
