In cold climates though I don't get cold - you wear warm clothes, have heating, don't go out in the cold etc. In our offices in JED I used to take a jacket to wear ONLY inside the building...

Not today - new boiler being installed  That being said, yesterday although it was cool, the sun streaming through (yeh I know.. no one will believe me ;)) the front window made it feel so much more warmer

Was cold this morning in London with bits of fog around but has warmed up now..
Can't wait until I can drop wearing a jacket!

21C or so, raining and cold in BNE.

Yes, "cold" is relative. i am saying this as a Qlder in summer. ;)

S yes I am a creature of habit and am now taking QF409 on aWednesday fortnightly and as this is a domestic A330 of which there aren't that many I can expect to see some recurrent faces but the same crew member in the same seat on recurrent flights... We are now on first name terms...

Nice, I love those A330 positioning flights when the timing works that I can get on them.

Unfortunately my travel patterns are far less habitual than many.

Oh poo. Kids sports day move from this Friday, due to a forecast of 34, to a Friday in March when I had one of my rare 767 flights. :( :( What's a bit of heat stroke to interrupt my flying pleasure?!

Hmm. 34 is hardly a heat wave though. Nights are cool.

Do NOT under any circumstances go and read the FT thread where Dave Noble, JDiver and others are going head to head on the earning of AA EQM/EQP's on QF coded EK flights :
It will give you a migraine !!!
You have been warned

That's like putting cAandy in front of a child and telling them NOT to eat it ...

Was there any doubt? Now I believe another AFF'er is doing the same certification. No pressure on them now ;) :D

Yep. Did mine a week after Flashware, so another week or so until I find out my final result. I'm not overly confident though, the exam was quite hard (our exams were different - he was in the "slow" class, I was in the "high achievers" class)

And Flashware smashed the final exam - he's obviously too modest to post that here!

All exams are the same every week, but vary week to week - so yep, yours would have been different to mine but the same as every other class doing yours that week. I'm sure you will have done fine!

PS. I'm allowed to smash it as it's the area I work in ;)
