Puppy peed on my feet when I walked in the door from work...I take it she was happy to see me!

Chrissy was very good at Judy Garland in the Boy from Oz. Very bold and brassy, (apparently) just like the real Judy. I knew she had cancer, I didnt know about the MS. 53 is too young to go.

A fantastic series of trips...it will be absolutely mind boggling. I've bolded the ones I've done, and the 2 in red are on my revised bucket list!:p
I can tell you where I AM going this year:

1. May - Ecuador and the Galapagos - nearly 4 weeks. JASA for most flights.
2. August - Kenya for an aerial safari to four game parks and then Rwanda to trek to the gorillas - just over two weeks. JASA PER-JNB-PER.
3. September-October - DONE4: Italy, France, London, Hungary, US, a couple of Caribbean islands and home ORD xHKG - 7 weeks.
4. November-December - Patagonia and Antarctica - nearly 4 weeks. Trying PE for the first time SYD-SCL-SYD but maybe the UPG request will kill that .

Damn - can't squeeze any more in .

We have just sat through the stupidity called the Sydney airport curfew. How much time and money does this waste? We could have landed about 25 minutes earlier but did a scenic tour of Woolongong & the south coast so we could land at 0601. Anything near the airport was all over water so no one could possibly be disturbed.

Yeap. SIN a couple of weeks ago we had to sit on the tarmac waiting for the clock to tick - as our arrival time into SYD was going to be early for the curfew.

It is not only Sydney....a few weeks back, our flight QF 21 sat on the tarmac at Sydnry for about 20 mins to avoid arriving before the 6 am curfew at Narita....we still arrived early and had to circle a bit before landing at about 601am

Carbon tax working well to reduce emissions....:evil:

I have an opinion about Sydney airport in general, and the curfew specifically. Unfortunately it is difficult to articulate said opinion without using naughty words. As such, sarcasism to the fore...

My Ozito cordless drill finally died over the weekend putting this together - not bad for $49 and 7 years of use I suppose.

The question now is do I buy another one, or invest in something of supposed "higher quality".....

Another playhouse, or just build a house for the later use of kids....go for the playhouse. They'll then appreciate you much more ;) :D

Now for the serious answer, 7 years ago it was optioned up. Now most people would laugh - but a new "higher quality" one. They just needs to look at a set of drawings now and be set to "auto"...

Knowing my kids they will be kicking me out of the house into that any day now...

A drill that can also plaster and paint - that's what I need.

Big question is where will they be in twenty years??
