Some hotels and me are just not meant to get along together, thought I would give the hotel a second chance, after a cold breakfast, having 8 different people knock on the door for various reasons but mainly to see if I had checked out, I am now waiting in the lounge for my laundry to be returned, and yes, it's past checkout time. At least the lounge has decent coffee and Wifi, but compared to other options in KL, the IC leaves a lot to be desired.

Doesn't sound sound particularly appealingly, if the soft product is such.. :shock:

Saw a crazy fx spread while at the local suburban shops today. I think it was in the realm of 15+c on the USD. Thought we should start a competition to see who can find and post a photo of the worst rates in AU.

Didn't get a photo to start it off unfortunately.

Totally agree Pushka - I get quite irksome with people that demand to keep "their" chair or "their" stapler when it was funded by the company.

I am sorry but I totally disagree.

"My" chair and what is on my desk is my property while I am employed at the company.

I hate it when people think they can sit in "my" chair and change the setting(s) or adjust the exact position of the 2 computer screens on my desk. I suffer from OCD and need to have everything in the same place and if it does not feel right I spend more time trying to fix it and there is a loss in productivity. This can take weeks before I can get it to feel right.

I hate radios playing in the background. If you want to listen to music etc then use headphones rather than forcing other people to listen to your noise. It is in my view selfish.

As it turns out my hearing is extremely sensitive to radios, headphones etc. Must be the transmitting frequency.

I never quite understood why I could hear noise from radios, headphones etc and no one around me complaining.

Still no excuse for any noise in work environments which includes and is not limited to radios, leaking headphones, phone calls, eating celery, carrots etc.

Simple reason, she loves the leaf soaps that are at the Westins and I must bring them home at every opportunity.

Looks like a long climb up into SPG status ahead :/

I had a similar problem - you can simply but the soaps from Westin @ Home that may solve the problem.

Unfortunately - I found it wasn't just the soaps - but all the amenities - and she wanted the at-home-smell-machine too.

Lucky the cost of that was too prohibitive
