Cyclone that begins in the Northern Hemisphere, that's a first, I blame global warming, or lazy research.

Cyclone triggers Myanmar evacuations

Edit- My lazy research it seems, it is a cyclone if its in that part of the Indian Ocean where it forms!

Found this little bar on the Chao Praya River in Bangkok which sells Leo beer for THB 60 per large bottle. Needless to say I accepted the challenge and enjoyed the moment

Ah that down feeling when your laptop stops working when water gets in somehow, but that elation when all you needed to do, to fix the problem is get some new memory to fix the problem! #firstworldproblemssolved

I don't consider myself that old but I've given up listening to budgets since I realised our form of government is a ******* dysfunctional poor excuse for a democracy

Just a reminder that we don't have a true (or direct) democracy in Australia (thank goodness - perhaps?). We actually have a Representative Democracy https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Representative_democracy

I wonder how well we'd do with a true (or direct) democracy? Probably a complete disaster! :)

Loved the report on vitamins and supplements on Today tonight on friday.Folic acid can increase the incidence of prostate cancer in women.:shock:

Geez, all that anatomy study was a waste of time.

Did they seriously say that? Their standards continue to sink to new lows (you'd think that was impossible!).

If a woman got prostate cancer that would be so serious.

Isn't the BRAC gene related to breast/ovarian cancer in women and prostate cancer in men ?

It would make a very unique case report :)
I don't think there is any association with BRAC 1 and 2 and prostate cancer

Folic acid can increase the incidence of prostate cancer in women.:shock:
Isn't Folic acid harmless? I certainly hope it does not increase the incidence of prostate cancer in anyone.

Isn't the point that women don't have a prostate? As for folic acid (I like the autocorrect of that - frolic) it has benefits for baby and women's(?) health during pregnancy. So lots of women take supplements when trying to conceive and afterwards. Hence claims of causing prostate cancer are pretty stupid, to say the least.

I was surprised too. But it was mentioned on TV last night.

Yup.

Now there's an ACA/TT story in itself:

"Tonight, we uncover a dodgy Middle Eastern tradesman scam targeting you and your family by selling pills that will infect all women with prostate cancer. Its the episode no Australian family can afford to miss".....

Um. The BRAC gene is apparently also present in men at risk of familial prostate cancer. That's all.

Social cues. Although i usually am better at identifying people who dont like me. Lmao
Most people don't like me which does not leave many to worry about.

It actually came up in conversation with a friend today and he posed that question to me. I could not answer it as I am usually a very shy person and I could not possibly ask a lady out I do not see often but have had some interraction with them.

And I am too blind to see any signs. If there any signs at all....
