Logic is over rated. I wish I was born beautiful (or was a certain generation) and could just blame everything that goes wrong on everyone else!

I have one mortal enemy in life and it's doing my head in.

Industrious, randy (and doing what it's meant to do) and powerful legged brush turkey.

He thinks ripping up our old yard and building a mound in a lovely shady corner under the back deck is the Studio 54 mating ground of the Brisbane suburbs. And I'm the crazy woman trying to un-do its work. Some interesting and legal suggestions from google this morning for new things to try in keeping the bugger away.

Hopefully the flood work on the house will get done quickly, and we can get tenants in who have a yard dog!!

Chicken wire around the mound.

Just like me :D please tell me I'm not the only one who arranges all her tops in the wardrobe by colour :p
..and I hope your coathangers are all the same colour size and shape otherwise the perfection is messed up! A quick mental guide is to recall what a brand new set of Derwent pencils looks like and follow the pattern. It's not cough, it's neat. Just...really neat:lol:

Chicken wire around the mound.

Have put netting over the mound site. After Mr Katie redistributed many many KGs of dirt to the yard and I triedto ensure it was under aecure netting.
Also used at least 100 pegs to hold the netting down.

2 jars of chilli flakes distributed in areas of the yard. And 6 chook eggs.

Let's see how that goes.

I think you are the only one. ;)
No,no, no, JohnK. We are legion.

The way to sort a wardrobe - start at one end, winter clothes, long to short & dark to light; summer, long to short, dark to light. Within those categories you can be as detailed as you like ......I could go on, but i suspect you will just not appreciate the beauty of a colour blocked wardrobe!

No on the coat hangers; I keep running out and have to buy/find more  but yes, I've always kept my Derwent Pencils and connector texters in order...

Derwent pencils have an order?
Sorry, if you have to ask you just don't get it!!
I actually used the Derwent pencil box reference some years ago to explain the effect on my senses when walking into a Victoria's Secret on my first trip to the US in 1990 - In Oz you could get bras in black, white or beige. Stepping through the door of that first shop was a 'wow' moment I've never forgotten. Indeed, it was like stepping into a rainbow. All their merchandise was colour blocked...divine

I have been suffering from OCD for as long as I can remember but thankfully I do not feel the need to appreciate the beauty of a colour blocked wardrobe! ;)

Don't suffer JohnK! Embrace and enjoy, whatever form it takes! :)
If it wasn't for the OCD and ASD people of the world, we'd probably still be living in caves.

Does one use ROYGBIV method and if so where does the little black dress fit into that colour scheme?
I think i learnt that colour chart about 50 years ago when they used books where there were numbers hidden in colours on each page that I could not find.
It does make laser shoot Em up games interesting being colour blind when you shoot your own team members.

Not sure about that. The OCD cavemen were probably too busy organising their wardrobe to notice the dinosaur* that ate them.

* yes I know no cavemen were eaten by dinosaurs. That why it's funny.
