Sorry to disagree but a lot of those should not be worn out in public let alone a plane.

Me too. I feel like I've spent the whole day being stuffed around by others. Lots of disappointment.

The only bright spot today was discovering a job that I interviewed for last year was being readvertised. The panel were terrible, the questions ridiculous, and instead of letting me know I didn't get the job, told a colleague of mine instead!

Yep. People stuff each other around too much in society, It is annoying indeed - but all you can do about it is either find better/more straightforward people to deal with or just accept that you will be stuffed around at times. I don't take it too personally any more ... just go with the flow. Much healthier.

And regarding jobs. I do get some satisfaction when I see a role that I apply for re-advertised time and time again after I was knocked back. Obviously the company are idiots who can't find the right person and nobody gets past probation (or quits from sheer annoyance).

The stuffing around was in regards to a business that's for sale. A little more than the usual annoyance unfortunately.

But yes, there is some satisfaction in seeing this job being advertised yet again.

Does anyone own one of those super duper Japanese or Korean brand rice cookers (Tiger/ Cuckoo/Zojirushi) and if so are they worth spending $400 on?
We have only ever bought cheap Breville things, eat rice 2-3 times per week at least and getting fed up of replacing them.
