An Indian reckons MEL is very cool.

"I saw it (Australia) on National Geographic on local television at home and it was wonderful. In Melbourne, in particular, it was the cool people and cool lifestyle that I liked. I’ll be recommending Australia when I get back home, I’m sure a lot of our friends will come now," said Mr Oswal, a pharmaceutical distributor from Pune.

Most overseas people still love Australia. The iconic images spread around the world in the 80s,90s and 00s along with the soapie and movie exports does give Australia good overseas reputation. However I find the numbers of tourists on the low side...

Shows what happens whe you price yourself out of the market!

Oz is shockingly expensive + add a high $ and you have a receipe for people to go elsewhere. Including domestic trippers.

I hope you are getting some serious sleep now.

There is a lot of merit to being able to sleep in a lounge chair. I have done it many times. I know not all can do it though....

wasn't concerned about being able to sleep. According to family i could sleep on a barbed wire fence. More about being kicked out of the lounge. ;)

A week ago a rather large man was fully stretched out, sans shoes, in the QP in Singapore. Totally out to it. Given the lounge was full I was surprised he hadn't been given a gentle nudge. I think his wife was longing to do it. ;)

We already know about the yoga pants, Katie.

(I know that's not night time attire, but you've mentioned it as plane attire....)

But I clearly want to keep talking about my YOGA PANTS YOGA PANTS YOGA PANTS.

OK, I'll calm down. :p

I clicked on 'Yoga pants' in Google and then on 'images for yoga pants'.

Sorry to disagree but a lot of those should not be worn out in public let alone a plane.

But hey what would I know.

Those are some rather interesting pictures . For most of us, yoga pants look a little more presentable (and a lot less see-through).
