The totally off-topic thread

Just watched this clip I saw on a E rewards survey.

Since this is the off-topic thread I'm after some wayyyyy off topic advice (mods please remove if inappropriate)... We are getting married next year and it's a destination wedding with transport between church, reception and then back to accommodation provided by way of coaches. My mum threw up a curly question tonight and suggested that the few people travelling with young infants/babies wouldn't be comfortable with that. Thoughts? (Our only child currently is a cavoodle so we have zero clue about responsibilities of tiny human transport!)
Should we just ask the coach company if they can provide car seats? Or perhaps we should arrange a separate mini bus for those bringing kids? What do the parents here think?
PS it's about a twenty minute bus ride we are talking about.

It's been cold. Alternatively, it's both our imaginations - spooky

Conversely in London it's been warmer than what it should be for this time of year...... still yet to even think about busting out the winter coat.

Babies travel on public and private buses all the time without seat belts.

Not that we should go back in time but when my eldest was a baby there were no restraining requirements required at all!

Car seats are not required by law in coaches & some mini buses. (in QLD anyway)
Considering there aren't anchor points in coach seats, it may be difficult even if you were to BYO.

I walk around the office with a jacket after my ribs start to ache courtesy of the freezing airconditioning.

And people look at me funny as they think it is hot!

It's about 20 here in MEL and raining, and I got a sweat up walking my 6+ k this morning before the rain started.

I lived in CBR for 10+ years, cold is below zero.

In country Vic we swapped to all digital some years ago and so have gradually rid ourselves of analogue TVs.
We still have one or two digital set top boxes lying around if anyone needs them.
