6kg over 6 weeks is a fairly hefty weight loss - good luck!

How are you achieving this?
1-On the wagon
2-no snacks(groan)
3-Increased exercise level.
The problem is that even though I am confident I can do it 6 weeks is about the maximum time for the weight coming off.I then plateau for about 6 weeks before a slower rate of loss establishes.
Problem 2-I will be in the USA celebrating so by the time I return from that trip I will be where I am now.Yes I know I am just one big yo yo.

I have lost 4.1kgs over 5 weeks since Ozfest VI in Cairns. Actually it was 4.1kgs over 4 weeks and in the 5th week my weight stayed the same.

I hope to lose another 9kgs in the next 8 weeks before I go on my overseas trip. Not going to be easy but I will be trying hard to lose the weight. It is time to weigh myself again tomorrow....

Finally finished tax returns for 2004-05, 2005-06, 2006-07 and 2007-08!
Finally signed my 2007/08 tax return yesterday, so Accountant will have lodged it. Mrs LW is very happy with the sizeable refund (plus associated $900 bonus that we both get) ;). Have to love tax deductions.

Negotiating for it to be spent in thirds - 1/3 on household goods (that need replacing/upgrading), 1/3 saved (in Mrs LW's name) and 1/3 to pay down all remaining personal non-deductible debt.

Let's see whether she can stick to it :p.

08/09 Tax Return will include lots of Movember deductions

Congrats to all that are losing weight. I seem to be static over some months now, and it's not on a number i'm happy with!

Anyone want to take guesses on the date that this thread will overtake the Amex thread?
Assuming there are no more posts in the Amex thread and the off-topic thread maintains ~3.03 posts per day then the off-Topic thread should overtake the Amex thread in ~433 days or in ~14 months or ~6 September 2010....

Unfortunately part of the unpredictability of an internet forum. I cannot predict the future I can only deal with statistics to date.
