I just booked the first part of our trip next September, reward flights KMG-HKG-SIN for myself and my 15 year old (currently 14) We spend about a week in Yunnan before meeting the other two men in my life (Mr Feezable and our 12 year old) in SIN. 1nt in SIN then we'll fly together to DPS for 8 or 9nts at my favourite place in Ubud Alam Indah | Ubud, Bali

I can't wait for this trip and feel a bit guilty that I've already mentally moved on from our upcoming trip to NZ South Island in January.

That accommodation looks nice feezable

We have people playing the piano inside my favourite supermarket each day. The same one offers a bowl of free fruit and table and chairs to eat it just next to the piano. Free colouring in and drinks for kids. This is not in a complex but the supermarket itself. If ever you are in Adelaide, its Foodland opposite the Arkaba Hotel.

This should probably go in the Etiquette thread - but I cant find it !

AirAsia passenger shares disgusting pictures of woman who put her feet on her armrest through the whole four-hour flight A Chinese woman said she endured the worst flight of her life when her armrest was occupied by the bare feet of a fellow passenger for four hours. The woman, named Ms Wu, said her rear passenger, who is allegedly also Chinese, reached out from behind and rested her feet on her chair during the AirAsia flight FD588 from Bangkok to Xi'an on November 29. Ms Wu said she complained to the hostess, but was told nothing could be done because 'they are all Chinese'.

I reckon I'd just elbow the feet, then resort to some something stronger if they still hadnt moved. How disgusting.

Heads up from JohnJa on the citi deval thread:

Just noticed that the Citi Signature card points are capped at $20,000 per statement period and international spend is now 1.5 points per dollar.
Has this always been the case? I wasn't aware of a cap and thought that international was 4 points (or something like that) per dollar.
