WA police doing ID checks on QF 776 to MEL tonight. First time I've ever seen it domestically
The T&Cs of any QF ticket for starters:
I think I am in denial how serious it was or could have been. It was just a small lump and my shoulder just feels like a muscle strain. So I am just grumpy at all the inconveniences. I don't have a primary illness, was going to the gym, no flights in last month so it was really out of the blue.
Lucky MrP is WP.
A full day of mowing. (we don't have lawns)That's solid mowing. How long does it take him?

Lucky he is WP??!! I am sure he is lucky because he's still got you. I'm just happy it got detected in time. Health trumps it all...

I agree that arguing is ridiculous - "they are just trying to do their job".
But legally, what power do they have to require provision of ID? Under what law?

Really bad luck! And hopefully will never happen again! But yes it could have been serious, so listen to the nasty doctors!I think I am in denial how serious it was or could have been. Am not sure about other states, but I think not in Qld. I recollect some exception for old / collectors vehicles, but that would I suspect include a stack of permits, etc.
BTW, why do you ask?
A friend had a 57 Chev and a Mustang both from USA. Left hand drive and drove them both in Sydney. Are left-hand drive motor vehicles for private use allowed to be used in Australia?
