I originally attributed the quote to Mr Morrison, however I have been reliably informed that he in fact acknowledged that Gov Hurley was his source. So I changed my quote to reflect the origin.

Time to iron your bed sheets and pillows? I don't think dust mites like a hot iron.
A friend of mine used to iron her family's underpants! In our house iron is a four letter word. I can barely bring myself to iron shirts for work. I am not ironing bedsheets.

Bit of a pain But you need to be safe. We went through this with Mr FM, who had a Pulmonary Embolism as a result of his primary illness. Was on Wafarin for 9 months and then had to jump through a series of hoops with a Haemotologist before he could go off. Still better to be safe - status can be won back your life can't.But not before 30 April when I lose status.
I had a status run all booked for last week and was flying in F to NZ on sale and return but had to cancel. At earliest I will be able to fly after 27 April as none of the consultants or GP will clear me to travel until I've seen the Haemotologist.

WA police doing ID checks on QF 776 to MEL tonight. First time I've ever seen it domestically
How many cops? was the ID checks at the gate or on board?
2 officers, both down the aerobridge. One in J and one in whY.
QF pre announced it in the lounge, so can't be a sting. Just found it rather odd.
The goose in front of me pulls out his APEC card and argues for 5 minutes before getting out his licence.
I'm no criminal but I can never see an advantage to being argumentative to a police officer.
The T&Cs of any QF ticket for starters:I agree that arguing is ridiculous - "they are just trying to do their job".
But legally, what power do they have to require provision of ID? Under what law?
- Photo ID at Check-in

I don't mow..... he does not iron. House block = 1 acre with push mower.... I win.
