excellent

I don't think that worked. You can still see my post. ;)

What's worst is when reviewing one of my posts and seeing the numerous spelling and grammar errors. But I can't edit the post because the thread is closed.

Oh no. I am in SIN and feel sick again. Now starting to worry something else serious is the cause of my sickness.

As my friends in CBR answer "when we get sick we go to the airport" to a question of appropriate hospitals in CBR. In the meantime there is Dr Google and Dr Wiki/

Hey, anyone in the market for a new toaster? I had an email to say the the QF store has a four day sale with 20% off - that just makes the points needed 80% overpriced :)

Breathing normally now.

Some threads created can be ignored. Insertion into existing and popular threads is a different issue. But problem solvered as they say here in SA.

Groan. This function doesn't work when an ignored person is quoted by someone else. Please stop quoting LONG, CONFUSING, REPETITIVE, CIRCULAR, ANNOYING, POORLY WORDED posts. Any other adjectives?

No I think you got those adjectives covered

Viral or bacterial infection? Can't be food poisoning 4 times although Saturday and Sunday drank the local water in the village in Chiang Mai.

You have been in cycles of illness then getting better then repeat?

Consider Water poisoning.

Most waterborne illnesses are parasitic. Mot common is Cryptosporidium, Giardia. Can take 2-10 days to manifest symptoms which can come in cycles.

Watery diarrhoea, cramps, vomiting, fever, loss of appetite.

Most will get better without treatment, Some need treatment.

Wash hands. Drink lots of fluids,
If see blood in stools, feel faint, abdominal pain go to Doctor asap

In any case good Doc will ask you to give stool specimen:shock:

The other issue is what are you going to do if you gotta go when the seat belt comes on. JB747 suggests when you gotta go you gotta go but keep seatbelt on:shock:

Oh be fair Dame. You exaggerate. Let's say 70% overpriced.

No cramps, vomiting, fever, loss of appetite or energy. I guess that is a good thing.

Had fish 3 times yesterday. Also constantly have ice in beer which has caused viral/bacterial infections in the past.

Had some Imodium but packed it in checked luggage. Will try to get some from pharmac_ now. Flight still 2h 30m from departure.

Many people think its the food, but the most common source of "food poisoning" is from the Water.

Chlorine will get rid of Viruses and bacteria but the Parasites are actually resistant to chlorine.

Good luck with the flight.

Imodium is trade name. Sometimes called loperamide. Works by slowing the gut down - similar effect to codeine without the painkiller effects.

Ice has been one of my biggest problems in Thailand. You don't know where it's coming from. Clean or not clean.

You mean Gastro symptoms not SOB ( short of breath)

Time for the doctor methinks. Possibly when you get home if not too long.

Last thing u want is being sick on an aeroplane unless it's a dedicated retrieval jet, with doctor and nurse.
