Ask your GP to do a blood test for ANA levels as a starter. Maybe an auto immune thing. Can get sorted. Alcohol might not be the issue just the timing of it. Does it happen if you drink alcohol at a different time or just at night - maybe after a day in the sun or something? Do your fingers go whitish?
(ps - I am in no way a Doctor but have a 30 year history of auto immune stuff. And I watch House )
