Yep, Pushka - afternoon tea was it? I'll just need to polish up the tiara for the ship.

Hey, aren't you on the way to QLD?

Edit: see you have started your TR :)

Has anyone had any experience with crowd funding? I notice there are a few crowd funding websites. Wondering if all can be used for the same purpose or whether the conditions prevent using the competition.

T&Cs need very close reading. There are (or can be) very large fees imposed as a % of donations, then charges to 'expand' your reach.

Very close reading is recommended.

Something else to look out for when travelling to Thailand? I think the snake did not survive.

Python in toilet bites Thai man on cough - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)

...and I thought "Snakes on a plane" was far fetched.

Number 1 son ALWAYS checks airplane toilets before preparing. Can't wait to show him this item.

Big surprise when I saw the video at the bottom of the article (of course no pun intended).

Python still alive AND man fought for nearly 30 minutes to get it off. Did anyone note the pool of blood on the floor near the broken toilet?

I fell into the trap of cough/u/me'ing that it was from the dead snake.

You need to research your Burj's Dame. :p

This is Burj Khalifa - worlds tallest building. No tiara required.

This is Burj al Arab. Seven star hotel and afternoon tea. Tiara mandatory.

Oh dear mixed up my Burj

I don't care which one it is, as long as it does a good afternoon tea. I have no problem inside tall buildings - just don't do the outside.

Patience Dame, patience

Accidentally bit my tongue last night. Now, one has done that many times before.... however this time I seem to actually have 'split' it and made it bleed. Still sore this morning! Here I was thinking the tongue was an all magical fix overnight kind of organ.. guess not! ;)

Warm salty water will help it heal more quickly. I did the same thing last week.

You might have to get stitches.

Vegemite (220g) in Asda in London - £1.50 (Usual price £1.97)
Vegemite (220g) in Coles Online - $4.23
Doesn't seem to be stocked in that size in Woolworths.

So even at normal price, it's cheaper to buy it in London ! ! !

Wow guys I had better book an SQ Suites set of flights to London just for the Vegemite. ASDA is walking distance for us or one DLR stop.
I did think the Waitrose strawberries in the dozen pack could have been dipped in Belgian chocolate but they don't seem to do that in England.
