Reply from Arnotts:

Hi Jessica,
Thank you for your email and we were sorry to read that you are not enjoying the new shapes flavours.
Arnott’s has been working hard to give consumers what they have been asking for – more flavour! With updated baking methods, we can now bake flavour into the biscuit and apply the seasoning to both sides, delivering more of what you love. We have also tweaked some of our seasonings to reflect new taste preferences, which are for stronger, bolder flavours.
Don’t forget that the Original BBQ, Chicken Crimpy and Savoury will all still be available in stores alongside the new flavours.

We have been advised the original BBQ is out of stock at some stores. However, they should be back on shelves very soon.

Please be assured that your comments have been shared with our marketing and product development teams.

Quite good for me.

Have to be impressed with Bangkok Airways service. They picked up luggage from hotel yesterday lunchtime and was repaired and returned back to hotel last night. Can you imagine that happening in Australia on a Sunday?

Any thing happening on a Sunday in Australia in the service industry is a surprise.

Yes that is to be expected in Australia.

Also received email this morning regarding damaged golf club. They want to see original receipt. That's not going to happen but still impressed they have started processing claim so quickly.

Just watched a Youtube video with a "life hack" (yes, I realise that's rather hackneyed, but there are some good ones out there). It's to make Doritos "seasoning". It's easy - just crush up some Doritos chips, carefully put them in a pepper mill, and voila.

The only thing is, he goes on to demonstrate by seasoning a piece of bread with Doritos. I'm thinking, what's the point - why not just make a chipwich directly?

Medhead's comment about a page back got me thinking about the differences between a leader and a manager. I'm doing some studies on leadership at the moment and this subject was covered in some of the training.

What are your thoughts/opinions on the differences between a manager and a leader.

And I have received offer from Bangkok Airways to settle damage claim ~2 days from time of incident.

Not what I'd expected but not bad taking into consideration 20% depreciation for 3 years use. Should have said I paid more? ;)

Now to buy a replacement driver. R15?

This sums it a up pretty well I believe although there are many different forms of leadership.

Last year as we were flying out of PQQ for our trip to the USA the better half was pulled aside by security for an explosive residue test. I sat down waiting for her to join me, 10 minutes later I wandered back only to be told by my loving wife she was to be further examined as she had set off the alarm, she was eventually exonerated

Its early this year.

Hope next year it isn't in April loves_the_life. Whilst clearly a major religious event, for a tourist it changes everything.

Late May to late June based on a preliminary google. We're passing though DXB during this year. Hope there's still champagne in the EK F lounge

Pretty much. Big focus, in addition to the other discussion, on making sure I have documents on the "new" template. In having to convert to the new template I've had to cut out some fairly important information - apparently annual goals ain't important.

The airport is the only place you can get alcohol and food 24/7. Thank goodness. (Thank 'a certain deity' didnt seem right here! :o)
