Saw this article about a parking dispute in WA.

An interesting series of events that created an hilarious article. I'm glad that CCTV was able to clear up the confusion.

I hope there was a photo of Sally's car?

I am assuming it wasn't a large SUV...(or is the AIS weight-lifting program based there?).

I agree, but politically could you take anything away from the baby boomer generation? They have always been a protected species due their number on the electoral role.

And we still vote

"donations work, ideals fail, lobbyists prevail."

You'd think I wouldn't have been so naive when I later came to delving into the medical sector after that?

RAM, would you please look into the Australian Patent Office next.
Awarded patent, few weeks later, letter in the mail, sorry your patent has been overturned, no reason given.
We request full board review, patent re-instated, guy who overturned it "not available"
Building industry now "buying" APO workers???

If you have been awarded the patent then it cant be rescinded - it has gone through the review/dispute process. You had a certificate etc etc? Was this through IP Australia?

So much rain. Adelaide does not cope with rain. We have shallow gutters. 30mls in 30 minutes in our suburb as the local Hospital was flooded. We planted new roses and shrubs last week. 25c and sunny on Wednesday and now lots of water. Hope they dont get used to the cushy life. Summer on its way.

Just like they 'bought and paid for' a senior advisor for Bill Shorten....

That he forgot about...

So my boss has arranged for every staff member to receive a Bowel Cancer home test kit but instigating 3.30pm knock off every Friday from Nov to Jan.

Im arranging corporate massages for everyone in the office.

Wonder who is going to be the most popular after todays staff meeting.

Assuming you don't rub everybody up the wrong way it may well be you.

Met Nick Lee today, re: Home - Jodi Lee Foundation

I wonder how someone can talk about your spouse passing every day, looking at their videos every day. I cant imagine it.

I wonder how a person moves on at some point.

I'm not sure if the terms 'well known' and 'colorectal surgeon' are usuable in the same sentence?

Something akin to a celebrity procotolgist.....

Sure he/she does fine work .

True, haha - not a celebrity in the public domain, but well known and respected in the medical fraternity.

Speaking of moving on, I battled a chest infection to attend a funeral this afternoon.

Very glad I went, but struggling along now. Thankfully it is the weekend. Time to catch up on sleep.

Why couldn't it have been simple in the first instance to allow one to hide them from the home screen rather than having to pile them into one folder?

I'll be a bit surprised if Apple lets you delete those kinds of apps; the reason why you can't delete them is because they are branded as system apps.

You can delete apps like the iTunes Store, the Watch app, the Maps app, etc... but can't delete the Settings app, the Wallet app or the App Store app as you need that last one in particular to re-install the apps you've deleted. Besides, you don't actually delete the apps in question, they're simply hidden from view and still included in software updates, just not visible. This makes re-installation a breeze as it's already installed, just hidden. It doesn't help clear space for music and photos though!

Is there going to be a "Find my headphones" app?

The perfect game of golf = 2h 30m. Today's game a little slow at 2h 40m but still ok.

The heat is soul destroying. The 2 icy cold Singhas have restored some life back into this old body. ;)

In Melbourne? The weather looked pretty awful though there old Irish Catholics tell me that rain for the funeral means that the person is straight on the way to heaven.

Hope you are feeling better soon.

Oh. What if the drought breaks on your wedding day?
