In Australia we use airbag delivery for items as it is fast and very reliable for smaller items up to 3Kgs.
Australia Post is being trashed by an idiot.

And his well paid family I heard.

Opps.

Apparently, "Its not my cough" is his defense.

I got told that when the scanner cant read the label properly, it keeps bouncing back and forth. The label was printed from their system so Im not sure what the issue is. They told after 5 bounces it would be manually redirected. We're well over 10 bounces now, one phonecall, one online complaint, and its still out there. And I cannot replace the contents as that was the last of that fabric.
Express post envelopes are only scanned at the destination. So until it arrives they have no idea where it is. Go figure.

Great to have you back.

Does anyone use a third party to have items posted from the USA , my son needs a part for his PC but the supplier doesn't ship to Australia?
We have an account with MyUS and it works well. Don't use it a lot but seems ok.

Myus was quite expensive. I use Shipito now

I gave up myus after the dollar crashed and their shipping rates soared. Haven't used them for over a year, they now keep trying to charge my expired credit card. Sometimes updating expired credit cards is a pain but expiry can also have its benefits.

On another note, I love this:

The more I deal with Latam, the more Im worried about using them (sorry for size)

I booked 10 March flights.

So I just booked a best flight guarantee on Jetstar and got it $60 cheaper than last year!
Matched Tiger sale fare
So much for no longer cheaper airfares!
Very good customer service "Tango, Romeo, Charlie, Whiskey" to clear spelling up!
Now to get into the lounge before the flight via WP...6th Dec Mel anyone ;)

For the first time I have done a charge back on my credit card.

In August I a purchased a timed arrival ticket for the Washington Monument, AUD$5.91. Just before I was due to actually visit the Monument I received an email to say that the elevator had broken down and that it was closed.

I contacted the US National Park Service and was advised there were no refunds.

My bank (Westpac) received the request for charge back last week, sent a request for more information on Friday to which I responded within the hour, and advised me today that I was successful. :)
