I also had a little bit of fun explaining to New Zealand immigration when I was heading to Waimarama Do on the tail of my European trip; there is a question on the incoming immigration card that says, "List all the countries you have visited in the last 30 days". :D

I had fun with a similar question on the US immigration form in MIA - fortunately the questioning was brief, but they wanted to know why I'd been to all the places I'd been. I wonder what the reaction would have been if I had said "collecting miles"...

Don't you love inconsiderate neighbours. Ones upstairs last night had the stereo cranked to 11 well past midnight, they couldn't even hear loud knocks at the door so they could be politely asked to turn it down.

And at 5am in the morning, some people a block up the street making all kinds of ruckus with their windows open and stereo also cranked up putting out house music.

Seriously people, a bit of respect for others thanks.

Today going for an Indian curry lunch; then a walk; I hope its not too hot outside; then a quick dinner then off to the airport tonight; hoping my upgrade to business comes through.

Glad to see you are having a good time BB. I'm sorry I could not get there. :(

'Tis hot here back in your home town (city?), but the occasional breeze does help with putting up with the humidity.

Part of the Asian culture and experience of it is eating hot food even when it is hot outside, i.e. temperature-hot and spicy-hot food, hot and humid outside....sometimes you see yourself sweating and dripping over the food....

Good luck on your upgrade, even though (I'm guessing) it'll be Skyslopes if it's successful.

Sounds delightful! Mum and Dad must have left that bit about Asian culture out when I was brought up. :p

Aah yes, a Chilli crab or other extremely hot dish outside on a very hot summer's day in Singapore. Definitely does get the sweat pores open!

Just being outside any day in Singapore has my sweat glands working overtime.:oops:

Geez like wouldn't you know it. It's raining with lightning and thunder.

Very light rain; must be something to do with the humidity...and the predicted 34 degC weather tomorrow.

34 degrees? Can you donate about 5-10 of those degrees here please? At least the mins for the next 10 days here are above zero. Should keep the snow and ice away.

Wish it was doing the same here. It’s roasting… can’t get to sleep, everything sticks to me :p
