Off to play hockey in the snow... Wish me luck
I have even donned a pair of shorts
(That is very unusual for me)
For those coming to Christchurch for dinner next month, there has been a 'slight' spanner thrown in the works:

The Norwegian Star is getting towed back into Melbourne.
Marinetraffic shows its destination as Webb Dock; Port of Melbourne says Outer East Station Pier @ 2359.

I am tryng really hard to avoid doing so ...Oh. That is hilarious. I can even picture that
How does that work? Do you all need to pitch in and plow / push the snow off the field before you start?
Must have an interesting segue into ice hockey once in a bit, except perhaps if the ball keeps getting retarded by lumps of snow.

Reckon most of Australia is over this one.
Don't worry - it's probably about 40 over there as well... just in Fahrenheit
Could be a lot worse - try the same temperatures (and humidity) in most of Europe. They don't exactly make buildings over there - particularly apartments - to cope with the heat and improve airflow (rather the opposite). There's also little recognition of the concept of air conditioning, and that includes some public transport.
