Ate at Dinner by Charlton Heston on Saturday night - what an absolute 'touch' - what a bunch of pretentious wankers - so grossly overpriced - and the place is full - we had a reservation for 20:45 - we were seated at 21:15 - I won't be falling for that 3 card trick again.

Ate at Morris Jones in Chapel St yesterday - food better than Sat night and under half the price - will be back there ASAP.

I went to Adele's concert, just brilliant. I generally don't go to concerts, live theatre yes. I agree with courier mail quote, it was like being in her living room. I'm still floating. Good to know this 75 yr old still has zest for life.

Heston Bluemanthal? I ate at Dinner in London and it was a fabulous experience - with an Aussie waiter!

Can I recommend The Town Mouse in Carlton. Had an awesome meal there a few months ago.

I love the power of her voice and her honest raw personality. Totally unique for a celebrity but I suspect that isn't how Adele would describe herself.

Just called mum.

"You've only just arrived in BKK! Where have you been all day?"
"Mum...."

Can't win no matter what you say. Women are always right....

Mum is the last person I would call at any time in BKK.

I'm impressed with the universal accolades shes been getting for the sound quality.

I avoided buying tix as the thought being with of 64,000 others at Subi, and all the beer getter uppers, toilet breakers and chatters would have made my blood boil.

I'm glad it worked out well.

Oh. The out of tune hummers drive me nuts.

Had one of those next to me at an Andrea Bocelli concert - $$$$. This was after she was leaning across me to take photos with her super bright LCD screen in my face that was after they had said no photography was allowed. Once he switched from opera to his traditional loved songs I told her to 'just stop it'. She did but then glared at me the rest of the night and while everyone stood to clap she didn't. Stupid cow. She was with friends whom I suggest were quietly smiling.

Gobsmacked by the lady on the freeway on ramp this morning putting on make-up. Didnt stop even once she was headed up the ramp, and when I passed her on the freeway 5 minutes later at almost 100km/h, she was still working on it

Hope she didn't need to stop quickly or the lippy will be a out of place
I really wonder sometimes and it is so dangerous.

In Queensland, that's what the mirrors in the car are actually made for. Never to look outside the vehicle.

toilet situation was right up there as my concern. I had mainly ladies in my row who understood when I told them I would need to get up, they got it, & were good sports. There was no intermission, just got up couple of times, no ques.

no hummers either, 2 girls late teens or early twenties 2 rows in front that thought they were only ones there. If they had been directly in front of me, I would have made my thoughts loud & clear.

not too painful lining up to enter & depart. 60000 people, pretty smooth overall.

The 5:15pm flight was always going to be a struggle. Should have booked the 7:30pm flight or 10:00pm flight.

Then a few hours ago received SMS flight delayed until 6:20pm. Thank you.

P.S. Never easy when you are saying goodbye, even if only for a few months.

So something went right?
