Im not a monarchist but strangely, Im very happy to see the Queen visiting victims of the Manchester bombing in hospital.

I was down that way ~8 years ago but didn't get a chance to play the course but heard that it was worth playing.
My parents moved there about 35 years ago, just after we had come to Canberra, so I never lived there. There are multitudinous relatives in the area though. I had a look at Google maps and see it it about half way between Inverloch and Leongatha. When I was a child we used to stay in our caravan at Inverloch over the summer. At that time we lived out of Warragul.
I suspect that the Korumburra course is much hillier though.

I do have a cute car though.

Im now expecting this.

I think Im going to break out of my comfort zone and stay at a few B&Bs for our Scotland trip next year.

Ive never stayed at one before and Ive already found a few I like the look of. Quite liking the "full Scottish breakfast" being offered, except for the black pudding.

Two so far:

We did B&B throughout Northern Britain in the late '80's with a 2 year old in tow. You are a bit late to the B&B scene.

Think the success of B&B stays is dependent on you & the host having a shared opinion of how much interaction there should be. I think that may be why we moved away to apartments. We more enjoyed B&B's where we had reasonable space to ourselves & only interacted at check-in & breakfast

Black pudding is yum. Even more yum though, is heading to Ireland and having some white pudding

For the city, I'll be booking Hilton or Waldorf, IHG ect but for Isle of Skye, there isn't a Novatel to be seen.

My husband shopping #2. I asked for 1 x small box of cotton tips and 1 hair product.

He bought 6 of each, enough for years.
