Best case scenario for the USA and Florida.

Trying to convince hubby we should get a cat and looking up cat shelters/adoption.

Some of these cats, as I dont want a kitten, have been in care for years and years. So sad.

Just watch out with Adult Cat Adoption, some can be very skittish and have anxiety problems. Sometimes better off the Cat that seeks your attention rather then selecting the better looking Cat.

With my husband, you have to lead him to the mountain by laying the idea seeds for him to be comfortable with it.

He let me feed Creepy Cat the other night.

A few Florida friends have checked in.

The couple in the evacuation zone are ok but no power and they think the cats are plotting.

Friend outside the zone has lost his outdoor screened in porch and the pond in the back of the property is rising.

Other friend, wind is blowing the avocados off their tree, like missiles.

Another friend who lives over a canal says need more booze.

For all of Trump's (many) faults, can anyone imagine the mass media swallowing both their contempt and 'narrative' of evil Trump by actually reporting something positive?

I don't necessarily agree with many of Trumps opinions or actions, but he was very quick to make a deal with the Democrats to get additional aid money for Hurricane Harvey recovery
