Still quite dark outside in Brisbane. Another storm brewing. May not be wise to be walking outside.

Our office secret Santa budget is $20. I spent $85 (Crystalhead Vodka).

I'm sure no one will notice

You know you are lining yourself up for disappointment.
Is that vodka good? That’s the one with the skull? Looks funky. I bought a locally made gin once that was $$$ but great bottle. Gin was disgusting though.

Just clear your cookies and history.

On Firefox I just use the " new private window" feature (aka. incognito mode). Another alternative is to join (free) the State Library & log in through that

I know he likes that brand. I've never tried it so no idea if it's any good.

We were talking about guitars yesterday and just now my husband told me he bought himself this last week but didn't tell me until now. He said it's because I was so tired last week, he didn't want to bother me with the info. Hmmmm

I thought silver at first but it has a soft green tone.

At least when my husband says, "Honey. I've been got something to tell you", I know it's usually guitar related.

Tried browsing AusBT yesterday. First time I think.

"Looks like you have an adBlocker". Yep and surfing the internet is just about bearable. That's if you call waiting a couple of minutes every few minutes bearable.

When I didn't have adBlocker it would take a long time for Ctl + Alt + Del to get control of the system. It's not fun when someone else has control of your system.

Went to The Terribly British (Car) Day exhibition yesterday. As the name implys all British cars. Mt wife often says that we think of the same things at the same time. I've been thinking about a Triumph TR6, but she hasn't thought of it yet.

Bugger, I missed it! Yesterday I was busy painting our rebuilt pergola and managed to yet again fall off a ladder, this one though was just a step ladder, but of course I landed on my left wrist! It's a bit sore, but so far no damage seems to have been done. most importantly I didn't manage to spill too much paint.

I was told that there was some sort of football "world cup" has been happening in this part of the world over the last 6 weeks, anyone enlighten me as I have no idea as to what they have been talking about?
Who won?
Was it on television at all, I mean it's December already, surely football (real football) is done and dusted by now in this part of the world.

The Rugby League World Cup I presume. Blokes and ladies both on. Australia won both. But it's League so no one cares.

I do care about league somewhat. Interesting series. I reckon the players will take some weeks to recover after the final.
