I just have to get this off my chest or... I succumbed and bought Hot Cross Buns from Woolies just now!

I couldn't work out which button to press - I was going to report it but thought I better not. When I was in the UK in June ASDA was selling hot cross buns then. That is even weirder

Breathe, breathe. How easy is it to breathe when you don't have to think about breathing?

Ask anyone with asthma and they'll tell you.
Yes I know. I've been suffering with panic/anxiety attacks for over 20 years. Not fun when you need a deep breath and it's not possible. The harder you try the worse the anxiety becomes.

Why is it, if I buy a toaster or dryer and it doesnt work, that I can take it back for replacement or refund.

But if I buy a new fridge and it breaks down/doesnt work within 3 days, I cant return it and Im told I have to wait until Monday for a tech to come to my house.

Update: There is some sort of 14 day return rule so back on the phones to educate the store staff that they have to replace.

New Year's resolution should have been self control but then I would have broken the resolution anyway....

Anyone know who might want the socks, eye masks and earplugs from airline amenity kits - I hate throwing out unused things.

This is what I was discussing with my brother on the weekend. I don't believe this is our first and only experience of life. Too many "coincidences" including what's going to happen next as your son above.

Not easy for someone with blinkers to understand.

Nor someone with an open, enquiring mind.

I don't pretend to understand something so complex.

Maybe the answer lies in someone else's opinion but I'll stick with my theory as the story is my experience not someone else's.

Cognitive dissonance?

Cognitive dissonance?
No. I'm not a confident person but I am fully aware of what I'm experiencing. No doubt at all.

It's quite scary when you are walking through a house you've never been in before and you know the house as if you've been inside before. You know what room is up next. I get shivers in the spine.
