Bought a new LG fridge for mum in law, since day 1 delivery, its not been working correctly.
In 2 weeks, we've had the LG tech out three times, multiple emails and phone calls - no customer care, no response, not fixed.
Called our local The Good Guys, where we bought it from, and no problem! LG being picked up tomorrow, new/different brand fridge being delivered tomorrow. New fridge cost more but they waived it.
Again I wonder, what would an elderly person do, if they are not mobile, english isnt their 1st language or they have delays in communicating with people.
Edit: Krispy Kreme has a sale on and free delivery, so sending the store (staff that helped) a couple of dozen as thanks.
